We are happy to announce that on August 6, 2017, Rev. Suzanne Spaulding started her role as our Pastor. We had been negotiating with St. Luke’s UCC in Ottsville to share Pastor Suzanna since last fall and everything finally came together.

Mother Daughter Banquet | 2017
St. Luke Lutheran Church of Ferndale will be having our annual Mother Daughter Banquet on Saturday, May 13th at 6:00 PM.

Join us for a magical evening with the magician Jason Stives performing. Dinner by the men of St. Luke Lutheran Church of Ferndale. Tickets sell for $11.00 for adults, children $5.00 and under four are free.

Spring Flea Market | 2017
St. Luke Lutheran Church of Ferndale and the WELCA will be sponsoring an inside Spring Flea Market on May 19th and 20th.
Tables are available for $15 which covers both days and the Thursday evening set up period. Please consider renting a table or two. It is lots of fun plus you can get rid of some of your “stuff”. Contact Linda Shaefer to reserve your space.

We also need your donations of white elephant and household items that you no longer want. We will sell these items at our church tables. Donations can be placed in the bin by the shed or on the table in the church basement. Proceeds will benefit St. Luke Lutheran Church of Ferndale.
Easter Egg Hunt | 2017
St. Luke Lutheran Church of Ferndale will be having our annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 8th.
- April 8th, 1:00PM: Easter Egg Hunt.
Open to children ago 10 and under. Games, refreshments, and prizes! All are welcome!
You Can Help:
We need donations of cookies, juice boxes, and bags of small wrapped candy that will fit in plastic Easter eggs.
Rummage Sale Schedule | 2017
St. Luke Lutheran Church of Ferndale will be having our rummage sale in the upcoming months. Stay tuned for an exact date and time.
- May 19th and 20th: Spring Rummage Sale.
- November 3rd and 4th: Fall Rummage Sale.
Soup Supper Schedule | 2017
Complimentary “Soup Suppers” continue to be served for all to enjoy at St. Luke Lutheran Church of Ferndale. Donations will be used to provide for The Lord’s Food Pantry and ongoing Ministries’ support.
Usual FREE fare includes numerous soup offerings (5 – 9 selections each day), breads, crackers, beverages and dessert. Food is also available for “take out” for a nominal charge.

Easter Services | 2017
St. Luke Lutheran Church in Ferndale will be participating in the following Easter Services in 2017 at our church and around the community.
- April 13, 7:30 PM: Maundy Thursday worship here at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Ferndale.
- April 14, 7:30 PM: Good Friday worship at St. Luke United Church of Christ in Ottsville.
- April 16, 7:00 AM: Easter Sunrise worship with other area churches at Lake Nockamixon marina
- 8:30 AM: Easter breakfast here at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Ferndale.
- 10:00AM: Easter Sunday worship here at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Ferndale following the breakfast.
Donations of food items for the Easter breakfast are greatly appreciated! There are sign-up sheets downstairs to make your donation.

Easter Plants are available for sale to help decorate our sanctuary for Easter morning! Order and payment must be received by Sunday, April 2nd. Please use the order forms found downstairs in the church to place your order or call the church office at 610-847-5630.- Daffodils: $6.50

Lenten Midweek Services | 2017
We will participate in the 2017 Lenten Midweek Program with the churches of the Palisades Cluster. The program, “Grace and Ernest go to Church: Lenten dialogues and skits on Reformation themes”.
Join us Thursday evenings at 6:15 PM for a light supper followed by the program at 7:00 PM.
